Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please not that all wigs are inspect thoroughly by two associates before shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Custom Order Policy

The Information You Need to Know

Your happiness and satisfaction are our #1 concern. If your order is incorrect due to our error, notify via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

These orders/products are made to the specifications of the customer.  

Since the products are custom made specifically for you, the customer, custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We make these items according to your specifications, therefore, we will not be responsible for your mistake of not ordering the correct product/item. All sales are final on custom orders.  

 

All custom orders/products are non-refundable/returnable unless it is our error. In the event of a company error, the company will correct at our expense. 

 

By proceeding with your order, you agree to our custom order policy.

Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore, returns are not accepted. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully (we recommend taking measures three times) to ensure that your custom order fits correctly. We will not accept returns due to custom orders not fitting properly, or if it does not produce the look you wanted for yourself.

We use the finest hair available on the market today and most of the price of your custom lace wig will depend on the desired length of hair you select. We don’t charge extra for baby hair or bleached knots.

  • Measurements:You may take your own measurements by hand and input them into the custom order form. Please view the instructional measurement chart for taking self-measurements.

  • Hair Color: You may select any base color and can combine two or even three colors. You create the look and style you want. If you don’t see the color that you want, upload a photo of the desired color.

  • Hair Texture: Select from our standard curl patterns, or upload a photo so that we may replicate.

PROCESSING: After you pay for your unit, Your custom order form will be sent to the review center for processing according to your specifications. You may receive a call to discuss your order before production.

PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production of some custom wigs. Custom wigs with color may require an additional 2 weeks. Some custom styles may be available in-store.If you have any questions pertaining to the custom order, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. After placing your order, it MAY NOT be cancelled or modified.

 

PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Production will begin after order is confirmed. We cannot process refunds after production has started. Please try on your wig or hair unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is as you ordered. If there are any inconsistencies between your order and your unit, do not wear, comb, brush, wet the hair, cut the lace or alter the hair in any way and within 3 days of receipt, contact us so that we may assist you in the matter. If you alter the wig or hair unit, we may not be able to correct the issue.
